Reviews
I was treated with respect and understanding, Mr Jepson displayed a high degree of professionalism and client care, mixed with a generous helping of compassion and empathy. The process was explained in great detail, his willingness to answer (what is probably) the most basic of questions involving the procedure and after care were reassuring and once again a testament to an obvious passion for his patients.
I could keep extolling and eulogising over how I was treated, during and post the operation but sometimes less is more and thus I shall end it here.
Mr Jepson was very attentive and reassuring on both of my shoulder surgeries
I received excellent care and follow up visits .
I felt very comfortable talking with Mr Jepson
Mr Jepson is a professional who never gave bad advice throughout my recovery. He is always available and makes time for patients.
Truly a superb surgeon!
An excellent surgeon who listened to my concerns and diagnosed my condition quickly. He was very honest about how surgery would help and issues that may be longstanding which I appreciated. His secretary was very helpful in organising a prompt date for surgery. His follow up letters were comprehensive and allowed me to understand fully my condition. He was approachable and friendly and provided positive support post op.
